I am a full-stack Software Engineer with experience building, modernizing, and operating fintech applications at Mercado Libre. I work with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and GraphQL, with a focus on quality, observability, and performance. I also help teams adopt AI tools for development and code review, supported by technical validation and peer review.
Mercado Libre
Designed a Node.js and GraphQL API integrating more than ten services, with responses under 100 ms for key operations. Implemented Redis caching and Datadog observability. Migrated 27 components and four services to Vite and modernized Storybook. Supported eight frontend applications in production. Contributed to the Chargebacks AI adoption leadership group, defining development and review practices with Codex and Claude.
Mercado Libre
Built a portal from scratch to help cardholders identify their payments. Improved payment identification and dispute workflows, helping prevent thousands of chargebacks. Implemented authorization controls and input sanitization. Promoted to Semi-Senior for technical performance and impact on cost reduction.
